Terms of use and sale

Version of 6 October 2026. These terms apply to any use of Ai-Koma and to any purchase of credits or of a subscription. The version applicable to a purchase is the one in force on its date.
1. The service and its publisher
Ai-Koma is a manga creation studio assisted by artificial intelligence models. From a text written by the user, the service produces a storyboard, dialogue, a character sheet, illustrated pages and, as an option, an illustrated cover; the user reviews, edits and downloads them (PNG images, bound PDF) from a recent web browser. The service is published by Florent Puccini EI (entrepreneur individuel), 83330 Le Beausset, France (SIREN 932 699 697, SIRET 932 699 697 00029, inscrit au Registre national des entreprises (RNE)). 2. Age and content reserved for adults
The service makes it possible to create content reserved for adults: written erotic stories, nudity and suggested eroticism in images (no sex images for now), violence and gore. This content, which corresponds to levels 2 and above for romance, violence and language, is strictly reserved for adults (aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in their country if that is higher).
Sign-up is open from the age of 15. The user gives their date of birth when signing up and certifies that it is correct. From 15 to 17, the account is limited to levels 0 and 1 and to all-audience styles (no nudity, no blood, no crude language), in text and in images, until the day the user turns 18; the pages of these accounts are also checked so that no nudity appears in them. A user under 18 must have the permission of a parent or guardian to buy credits or subscribe. A person under 15 cannot create an account.
Where the law requires it, access to content reserved for adults is subject to age verification by an independent provider, at each session; until that verification is in place for a type of content, that content stays closed. The account of a person who lied about their age is restricted or deleted without delay. The user undertakes not to let a minor access their account or the content they create on it, and to comply with the law of the country where they are.
3. Account
An account is personal. The user provides a valid email address, chooses a password that they keep secret and is responsible for the use made of their account. They can delete a chapter, a whole story or their account at any time from the application: what is deleted is erased for good, and credits already spent are not given back.
4. Allowed and prohibited content
The service allows stories for all audiences as well as stories reserved for adults, according to levels chosen by the user for text and for images. Any romantic, sensual or sexual scene, and any nudity, involves fictional adult characters aged 21 or over, who consent and whose appearance is itself clearly adult: what counts is what is drawn, not the age written in the story.
The following are prohibited in all circumstances, whatever the style, the narrative pretext or the stated age of the characters:
- any sexualisation of minors or of youthful-looking characters;
- sexual content depicting a real or recognisable person (“deepfakes”);
- bestiality;
- rape and any non-consensual sexual act;
- more generally, any illegal content: incitement to hatred or violence, glorification of terrorism, infringement of third-party rights.
Attempting to circumvent these prohibitions leads to suspension of the account, without refund of the credits used. Serious offences, in particular any sexual depiction of minors, are reported to the competent authorities.
5. Automated checks and moderation
The story, the storyboard and the drawing instructions are reviewed automatically before any generation. Each drawn page is then examined before it is displayed: characters who are nude or in a sexual situation must be clearly adult, no explicit sex act may appear at the levels that forbid it, and the layout (number of panels, no stray text) is checked. A page that fails this check is redrawn once free of charge; if it fails again, it is removed and its credits are returned. A page removed twice can only be redrawn after its text has been changed, and repeated refusals in one day suspend the account while a person reviews the situation. Every refusal or removal gives its reason on screen; the user can contest any decision by writing to [to be completed: contact email address], and a person reviews it.
To draw, the service relies on reference images: internal pose references, created by Ai-Koma, which contain neither real persons nor user content, and the character sheet of each story, drawn from the user’s story and used only for that story.
6. Credits and prices
Operations on the service are paid for in credits. One credit is worth €0.01 at the base rate. The price in credits of each operation (preparing the storyboard, a drawn page, a new version of a page, a rewrite, an illustrated cover) is shown before it is started; credits are debited when it starts. A story is only started if the balance covers its storyboard and the drawing of all its pages.
Credits are bought in packs, as a one-off payment, or paid out every month with the subscription. Prices are shown in euros, net: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. Purchased credits do not expire as long as the account exists. Free credits (welcome, gift codes) have no monetary value and are not refundable.
Credits are returned automatically in the following cases: a preparation, rewrite, page or cover that fails at our provider (credits returned in full); a preparation interrupted by a service update; a story refused at review (only the review, 5 credits, remains payable; the very first refusal of an account that has bought nothing is free); pages refused at the final review before being drawn; a page or cover removed by the safety check. An interrupted drawing resumes without being paid for a second time. A page regenerated at the user’s request is charged as a new page.
A refunded payment removes the matching credits from the account, in proportion to the amount refunded; if those credits have already been used, the balance becomes negative until the next purchase. The current prices are shown on the home page and in “My account”; they may change for future purchases, credits already acquired remain acquired.
7. Subscription
The subscription is an open-ended contract, paid every month, with no minimum term. It costs €12 per month and pays out 1,800 credits at each paid instalment. Unused credits remain acquired, including after the subscription ends. Packs can still be bought during the subscription.
Online cancellation, at any time. The user cancels from “My account”, “Cancel my subscription” button, with no reason or fee; the end date is shown at once. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; no payment is taken afterwards. While that period runs, the subscription can be resumed in one click. Any price increase of the subscription is announced at least one month before it applies; the subscriber may then cancel free of charge.
8. Payment and order
Payments are processed by our secure payment provider (Stripe). Ai-Koma never receives or keeps card numbers. Before paying, the user expressly asks to have their credits immediately (section 9); they then confirm their order on the payment page, which commits them to pay. Credits are added to the account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Every purchase, every credit movement and the subscription status can be viewed and downloaded in “My account”.
9. Right of withdrawal
The consumer user has fourteen days from their purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason and at no cost. They can do so:
- online, from “My account”, with the “Withdraw from the contract here” function: they give their first and last name and the purchase concerned, then confirm; a dated acknowledgement is shown at once and can be downloaded;
- or by writing to [to be completed: contact email address], for instance using the model below.
Credits give access to digital content supplied immediately. By using credits before the end of the fourteen-day period, the user, who expressly asked for it at the time of purchase, acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal for the credits so consumed (French consumer code, art. L221-28). The unused credits of a purchase made less than fourteen days ago are refunded by the original payment method, within fourteen days of the request. For the subscription, the same rule applies to the first instalment; withdrawal also stops the subscription, with no further payment.
Model withdrawal form (complete and return only if you wish to withdraw): “To Florent Puccini EI (entrepreneur individuel), 83330 Le Beausset, France, [to be completed: contact email address]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the supply of the following digital content: [purchase]. Ordered on: [date]. Name of consumer: [name]. Account email address: [address]. Date: [date].”
10. Conformity, guarantee and availability
Ai-Koma is a young service, in beta. The models can make mistakes: typos in the speech bubbles, a number of panels different from the storyboard, distortions or visual differences. The user reviews the storyboard before starting the images and can regenerate a page. Ai-Koma strives to provide a service that matches its description, but does not guarantee that a page matches the user’s intention exactly.
These limits do not deprive the consumer user of the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (French consumer code, art. L224-25-12 and following): for two years for a one-off supply, and for the whole duration of the supply for the subscription. In the event of a lack of conformity, they are entitled to have it brought into conformity free of charge or, failing that, to a price reduction or to termination of the contract. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or if a provider fails; an interrupted generation resumes without being paid for twice.
11. Ownership and use of the pages
The user remains the owner of the texts they write. Ai-Koma claims no rights over the storyboards, pages and covers produced from the user’s account, which the user may use freely for personal purposes. Ai-Koma only passes on the rights it itself receives from its model providers: before any commercial use, the user checks that such use is allowed, Ai-Koma giving no warranty on this point. The law does not always recognise copyright in content generated by artificial intelligence, and similar content may be generated for other users.
The user warrants that they hold the rights to the material they provide, and that they do not depict any real person or any protected character belonging to a third party without authorisation. If they distribute the pages, they state that they were generated by artificial intelligence (the pages also say so in their metadata), comply with the rules of the distribution platform and make sure that no content reserved for adults is accessible to minors. Ai-Koma does not publish users’ creations and does not use them to train models.
12. Personal data
The user’s data is processed as described in the privacy policy, including by providers established outside the European Union. For a sensual or sexual story, a separate explicit consent is requested before any processing.
13. Suspension and end of the account
Ai-Koma may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, in particular of section 4, of payment fraud, of a payment disputed with the bank (the account is then suspended while it is examined) or of abuse of the service. The decision gives its reasons and can be contested by writing to [to be completed: contact email address]. Except in the case of a breach, purchased and unused credits of an account closed on Ai-Koma’s initiative are refunded.
14. Liability
The user alone is responsible for the texts they submit and for the use they make of the generated content. Towards a consumer user, Ai-Koma’s liability is incurred under the conditions provided by law. Towards a professional user, it cannot be incurred for indirect damage, nor beyond the sums paid over the last twelve months, except in the case of gross negligence.
15. Complaints, mediation and applicable law
Any complaint is first sent in writing to [to be completed: contact email address]. If no solution is found, the consumer user may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator, at the latest one year after their written complaint: [to be completed: consumer mediator (name, postal address, website)].
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer user who lives in another European Union country keeps the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those designated by the ordinary rules of law.
16. Changes to the terms
Ai-Koma may change these terms. A significant change is announced on the site before it takes effect; for the subscription, it is announced at least one month in advance and the subscriber may cancel free of charge. The version applicable to a purchase is the one in force on its date.
