Age and content reserved for adults
Ai-Koma makes it possible to create stories and images, some of which are reserved for adults and available to adults only. From the age of 15, an account is possible, limited to all-audience content (levels 0 and 1). Any romantic, sensual or sexual scene features fictional adult characters; the service’s prohibitions are described in the terms and conditions.
Content generated by artificial intelligence
The storyboards, dialogue, pages and covers produced by Ai-Koma are generated by artificial intelligence models from the user’s text. They do not depict any real person. Every image carries a machine-readable mark identifying it as AI-generated (IPTC standard), and every PDF says so in its properties.
Reporting content or a problem
Single point of contact, for users and for authorities (EU Digital Services Act, art. 11 and 12), in French or English: [to be completed: contact email address]. To report content you consider illegal, give the page address or the project concerned, the reason and your contact details. We acknowledge receipt and answer as soon as possible; serious offences, in particular any sexual depiction of minors, are reported to the competent authorities.

Intellectual property
The Ai-Koma name, the interface, the website texts and its code are protected. The texts you write remain yours; the use of the generated pages is described in the terms and conditions.
